The Quality Assurance Manager at ZO® Skin Health is responsible for leading and maintaining the company’s quality systems to ensure all products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees quality assurance activities across product development, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution, ensuring adherence to GMP, FDA, and global regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager partners cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing partners to drive continuous improvement, manage audits, investigate quality issues, and uphold ZO® Skin Health’s commitment to clinical excellence and premium product quality.
