he Configuration Specialist is responsible for supporting and implementing new and existing customers that PSI serves, working with a Project Manager or Coordinator to determine the scope and needs of the project. Responsibilities include analysis of project requirements and translating them into configurations within the system(s), coordinating with many teams across the organization, and understanding downstream effects and potential gaps. This opportunity is ideal for a determined and proactive individual with a strong focus on quality work and documentation. This role also requires an analytical thinker who is willing to pay significant attention to the details in their work.
