The Senior Representative Frontier- GDL is a frontline leadership role focused on performance recovery, agent development, and execution support within active sales campaigns. This position is responsible for managing agents placed on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and those identified as bottom performers, with the objective of driving measurable, sustained improvement through structured coaching and accountability.
