Organization, maintenance, and monitoring of the Document Center (SharePoint), ensuring documentation is complete and properly filed (estimated 1 hour per day).
Monitoring and tracking of shipping documents and agent reports.
Preliminary review of vessel ETAs and shipping status, including follow-up on agent reports (estimated 1–2 hours per day).
Support in laytime reviews as a first-level filter to identify discrepancies, under supervision (training-intensive initially; later ~30 minutes to 1 hour per review, with some cases requiring more time).
Preliminary review of Trade Monitor prices and adjustments in case of discrepancies, especially during month-end close (ad-hoc, ~1 hour).
Support in managing Trading and Shipping contracts (current and historical), under supervision and final review by the analyst (ad-hoc, ~1 hour per shipment).
Review of mandatory fields in Trade Monitor tool to ensure completeness (USD, Incoterm, insurance, price, freight, product type, etc.), mainly during month-end close (ad-hoc, ~1 hour).
