Executive Director of Ambulatory Services

This is an administrative position responsible for overseeing and directing all activities related to ambulatory clinics and providing support to practice leaders, physicians and the Chief Medical Officer in a manner that leads to successful ambulatory operations and effective clinical care. Responsibilities include overseeing the operations and financial performance of the ambulatory practices, along with the productivity management of employed providers. Works closely with human resources and educational services departments to coordinate hiring and orientation of new providers and office staff. Also performs various duties assigned according to policies, procedures and the mission of Woman's Hospital.
