Perched atop The Piccolo overlooking the vibrant downtown square, Salina brings together elevated cuisine, craft cocktails, and the energy of Paso’s wine country in a truly one-of-a-kind setting.

As part of this exciting new chapter, we are seeking passionate Prep and Line Cooks who are eager to grow their culinary careers while working alongside the Charlie Palmer Collective and our exceptional culinary leadership team.
