Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading a team of employees in the Rub and Pack area
General Description:
Responsible for all associates in assigned areas. Must schedule and delegate workload among employees daily. Assist on the line when needed in daily operations. Knowledge in all aspects of area. Ensure quality for all cases in all areas of operation. Must be able to fill-in a leadership role when the Supervisor is absent. Must be able to communicate with all levels of personnel.
Observes plant safety rules. Keeps work area clean and is quality conscious in performing duties. Performs other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Essential Functions/Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to relate well with others, to be a team player with the ability to lead.
Must be able to read a route card.
Must be able to walk, stand, climb, stoop, twist, push, pull and bend over the course of 8 hours.
Ensure production requirements are met.
Utilize computer to meet the needs of the department as assigned by the supervisor
Must be able to push/pull up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Must follow all safety policies and procedures.
