M&K Truck Centers is a premier commercial truck dealership specializing in Mack and Volvo truck sales, recognized for quality, reliability, and industry-leading service. We are growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Full-Time Detailer to join our team.
In this role, you play a critical part in the customer experience—ensuring every truck leaves our facility clean, polished, and fully prepped for delivery. If you take pride in hands-on work and delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Wash, wax, buff, and polish truck bodies and chrome
Clean and polish windows for a spotless finish
Prepare trucks for customer delivery and final presentation
Pull units for customer pickup upon arrival
Assist with parts prep for new truck production (NTP) and repairs/diagnostics
Assist with checking in trucks and creating case records
Maintain lot organization and inventory accuracy (100%)
Track and verify storage records to ensure units are properly accounted for
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For:
Basic knowledge of vehicle/truck detailing
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
Ability to work in tight spaces such as truck cabs and engine compartments
Comfortable with physically active work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
