We are seeking a Director of Nursing who brings strong clinical judgment, steady leadership, and a genuine commitment to both resident well-being and team development. In this role, you will lead and support a dedicated nursing team, partner with campus leadership, and help ensure consistent, compassionate care in a setting where relationships matter and leadership is present.
Full-time 8am-4:30pm. Includes every 4th weekend, two 11am–7pm shifts per month, and manager holiday rotation
