Job Description
The Business Systems Manager (BSM) oversees the systems that support Fraud Protection, enabling transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, and a smooth client recovery experience. The BSM manages daily operations—business requirements, defect resolution, communications, system access, user acceptance testing, and production certification—and leads solutions for production issues, conversions/de‑conversions, new products, enhancements, and regulatory changes. The BSM is the primary contact for system‑related business issues and change requests.
