PROJECT MANAGER

Duties: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution of cross-departmental projects
• Define and maintain project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor and manage project risks and quality standards
• Execute post-project reviews and identify process improvements
• Create and maintain project plans and status reports

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary liaison for all project stakeholders
• Lead status meetings and ensure effective team communication
• Oversee project team members and delegate responsibilities
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Education:High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Medical billing experience preferred

Experience & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• General understanding of medical RCM required
