Signature Retail Services (SRS) partners with major home improvement retailers nationwide to deliver merchandising, fixture installation, and retail field services. We are growing rapidly and looking for a driven, high-energy Service Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts across West Coast markets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building candidate relationships, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while delivering quality hires quickly and efficiently.

Position Overview

As a Service Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for Retail Merchandising and Field Service positions across multiple markets throughout the West Coast region. You will work closely with Operations leadership to identify hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both immediate and future staffing demands.

The ideal candidate has previous experience recruiting within Retail Merchandising, Retail Services, Field Operations, Retail Construction, or other high-volume hourly workforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Service and Merchandising positions across West Coast markets
• Support hiring efforts across multiple regions based on seasonal workload and business demands
• Source, screen, interview, and extend offers to qualified candidates in priority markets
• Partner closely with Regional Managers, Territory Managers, and Operations leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Build and maintain active pipelines for evergreen and hard-to-fill positions
• Utilize Indeed, job boards, referrals, social sourcing, and outbound recruiting strategies to generate candidate flow
• Conduct structured phone interviews focused on qualifications, work history, schedule flexibility, travel expectations, and physical job requirements
• Guide candidates through onboarding completion and training handoff processes
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting activity within the ATS
• Prioritize urgent openings and develop action plans for difficult-to-fill markets
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up
• Meet recruiting KPIs related to sourcing activity, interview volume, offers extended, onboarding completion, and time-to-fill
• Collaborate with Recruiting leadership on sourcing strategy, process improvements, and staffing initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience required
• Previous experience recruiting within Retail Merchandising, Retail Construction, Field Operations, or variable-hour workforce environments strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership and recruiting peers
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting for multi-state or regional field teams
• Experience supporting large retail home improvement environments
• Knowledge of merchandising, resets, fixture installation, or retail field operations
