Outpatient Therapist (Contract) – Office based | Turning Point Homes, LLC
Turning Point Homes, LLC is seeking a provisionally or fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) to join our Outpatient Services team. For over 23 years, we’ve been committed to delivering high‑quality, client‑centered mental health services across the region. Our mission is to provide compassionate care, inspire hope, and empower individuals and families to achieve meaningful change. We are looking for a therapist to cover our Concord office and Charlotte office. We offer 60/40 split on paid claims.

Essential Duties
• Provide individual and family therapy through in‑person or telehealth sessions
• Complete documentation within required timeframes per Medicaid Coverage Policy 8C
• Maintain compliance with all outpatient service standards and MCO guidelines
• Oversee administrative tasks including intakes, authorizations, reauthorizations, and productivity requirements
• Respond promptly and professionally to new referrals and ensure all stakeholders remain informed
• Participate in supervision, CEUs, and agency‑required training to maintain licensure
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Compensation:
Competative contract split based on paid claims

Requirements
Education:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited graduate program
Licensure:
• Fully or provisionally licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT)
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of documented clinical experience with the population served
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, insight, and unbiased clinical judgment
• Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Sound ethical and professional decision‑making
Travel:
• Local travel required for office based work
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Some remote/telehealth flexibility may be available
