IT Project Manager

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an IT Project Manager in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The IT Project Manager - Mid will provide leadership, oversight, and day-to-day management of contractor personnel supporting DIA Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) initiatives. This position will serve as the primary on-site lead responsible for managing program execution, overseeing personnel, coordinating with Government leadership, and ensuring successful delivery of technical, operational, and administrative support requirements across the effort.
