Sales Representative (In-Home) – Concord, CA
$125,000 – $250,000+ per year | Commission-Based
Schicker Luxury Bath, the #1 bathroom remodeling company in the Bay Area, is looking for a driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. If you’re a strong closer who thrives in a performance-based environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified customers in their homes
- Build rapport and assess design needs
- Present tailored remodeling solutions
- Create designs and recommend products
- Measure job sites and document project details
- Calculate project costs and close sales
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-home residential remodeling sales experience (required)
- Bathroom remodeling experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic construction math skills
- Tech-savvy (email, iPad, CRM systems)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Competitive, goal-driven, and coachable
- Valid driver’s license & clean record
- High school diploma or GED
