Postdoctoral Research Fellow

The Bigger laboratory are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to contribute to phase I/II clinical trials of haematopoetic stem cell gene therapies (HSCGT) for rare neurodegenerative diseases. We have clinical trials for HSCGT therapies already running and in preparation. In this role, you will develop, characterise and qualify critical assays in the specialty areas of lysosomal disease, immunological and gene therapy to support these trials, including at Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) standard. The successful candidate will be supported by a research technician who will assist in the delivery of the assays once developed.
