Manager, Infrastructure Support Engineering

The Manager, Infrastructure Support Engineering is a full-time, Bengaluru (India) office-based role that leads and mentors a team of Support Engineers within the Enterprise Infrastructure team. The Enterprise Infrastructure team is responsible for implementing and maintaining Advarra’s corporate IT systems. In this role, you will ensure Advarra contributors are well supported in their use of enterprise systems, that systems operate reliably and effectively for the business, and that required compliance objectives are met. You will also contribute directly to problem-solving and support work, resolving incidents, and delivering meaningful outcomes.
