As a contractor, you have the freedom to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle, coordinating visits based on your availability and the specific needs of the people you serve. Compensation is based on location.

- Goal Achievement: Support people in defining their own goals and provide the guidance necessary to reach milestones that improve their daily quality of life.
- Daily Living Support: Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks, including meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping.
- Safety & Wellness: Monitor the medical, nutritional, and personal care needs of those you serve to ensure their well-being is being met.
