Early Childhood Day Treatment (ECDT) Supervisor
Position Summary
The Early Childhood Day Treatment (ECDT) Supervisor provides supervision and consultation to staff within the ECDT program and supports daily program operations. This role works closely with program leadership to ensure treatment integrity, staff development, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality services for young children with behavioral and emotional needs.
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay range of $56,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field required, Master's preferred
- LSW, LPC preferred
- At least two years of experience in a mental health treatment setting
- Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision & Staff Development
- Provide direct supervision to assigned Early Childhood Day Treatment staff
- Ensure proper implementation of group curriculum, treatment plans, motivation systems, and teaching procedures
- Model appropriate interventions, professional behavior, and trauma‑informed practices
- Be available during program hours to support staff and interventions as needed
- Monitor staffing ratios, approve time off, and arrange coverage
- Provide in‑service training as needed
- Collaboration & Program Support
- Collaborate with supervisors and treatment teams. Participate in treatment team meetings
- Assist with interviews, role rehearsals, and feedback
- Participate in evaluation review processes as a qualified evaluator
- Administrative & Compliance
- Oversee timely and accurate documentation (incident reports, restraint reports, strategy sheets, etc.)
- Notify Program leadership of incidents, restraints, and unusual occurrences
- Integrate professional evaluation feedback into staff performance reviews
- Approve time worked and address personnel matters in the time management system
- Maintain required documentation and enter data into tracking systems
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct initial and annual practitioner evaluations
- Participate in continuous process improvement activities
- Complete all required training (TFM, CPI, CPR, First Aid, and ongoing professional development)
- Program & Fiscal Support
- Monitor attendance patterns and identify strategies to improve attendance
Work Environment:
Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems. May be exposed to shouting and clients who may be verbally and physically aggressive. May be exposed to blood, vomit and bodily fluids.
