Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hrs/wk) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Department: Sales - 910
As an Associate Account Service Representative, you will manage and maintain multiple client accounts within your designated Region by expanding relationships within the laboratory to support the ARUP Laboratories and client partnership. Dedicated to being a client advocate, you will promote retention and satisfaction by driving ARUP resources and staff to analyze client feedback to enhance business and operational processes. You will also provide technical onsite visits to support growth and service recovery as needed. Works collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Sales Support, Operations and Finance to maximize quality, analyze profitability, and build strong strategic customer relationships.
