Valley Presbyterian Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse / Clinical II to join our Specialized Medical Unit. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse medical population, ensuring safe, evidence-based practice in a collaborative team environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; administer medications safely; monitor patient conditions; and communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams using SBAR. Responsibilities include supporting infection prevention standards, ensuring timely documentation, coordinating discharge planning, promoting patient throughput, and participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
