Skills-Based Case Manager - Adult Services - Springfield

Fulltime position in the Springfield area as a Skills-Based Case Manager, providing person-centered, skill-building, and barrier-reduction support to adults receiving mental health services. In this role, you will work directly with individuals receiving services to build functional skills, address barriers to care and social and mental wellbeing, and support follow-through on treatment plans and referrals. Our ideal candidate will have strong collaboration, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s preferred plus 2 years of relevant experience. The pay for this position is $44,850-$58,908.9150 annually.
