Engineering Supervisor - Corporate

The Engineering Supervisor is a first-line leader who supervises the day-to-day work of a team of design engineers and electrical engineers while also performing hands-on design work on complex industrial compressor solutions. This role balances approximately 30% supervisory responsibility and 70% design responsibility, ensuring engineering work conforms to company specifications, project timelines, and quality expectations. The Engineering Supervisor provides work direction, coaching, performance feedback, and technical guidance to the team while supporting department goals and customer projects. They shall have advanced knowledge of industrial air compressor systems, be able to work with minimal supervision, and represent Rogers Machinery core values.
