Job Description

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of the property’s food and beverage operations, including the restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and banquet/events. This role is also responsible for the financial performance of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who ensures consistent quality, service excellence, and operational efficiency while upholding Hilton brand standards and delivering on EOS Hospitality’s commitment to outstanding hospitality.
