Kitchen Captain - Lautrec Restaurant

As a kitchen caption you will be responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for internal & external guests. In this position, the kitchen captain will assist in expediting service & ensuring a smooth flowing bridge between the kitchen & dining room – reporting directly to the chef & restaurant manager. This position will also lead the education of all food & menu product from the kitchen to the servers & all other FOH representatives.
