Senior Residence Manager

The Senior Residence Manager leads the daily operations of residential programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role supervises and develops staff, ensures high-quality, person-centered care, and maintains compliance with OPWDD and agency standards. Responsibilities include overseeing health and safety, managing schedules and documentation, supporting individual goals, and responding to emergencies as needed.
