The Manager of Clinical Education and Learning Experiences is responsible for leading and managing the initial training Academy, the Field Training Evaluation Program (FTEP), and Learning Experiences (LE) across the organization. This role provides strategic oversight and operational management of these specialized teams. The Manager of Clinical Education and Learning Experiences ensures the delivery of high-quality clinical education, maintains compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, educational leadership, program management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
