Job Description
The Senior Estimator is responsible for leading the full estimating lifecycle for pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) and structural steel projects. This role delivers accurate, competitive, and profitable bids through detailed document analysis, comprehensive cost development, and close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams. The Senior Estimator plays a critical role in preconstruction strategy, value engineering, risk identification, and the successful handoff of awarded projects to execution teams.
