Housing Program Supervisor

The Housing Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development, administration, and monitoring of federally funded disaster and entitlement programs and projects being implemented in areas recovering from natural disasters. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that housing programs are eligible under local, state, and federal regulations; adhere to the HUD-approved Action Plan; and maintain proper documentation to support all eligible expenses incurred by the disaster agency. The position also assists in implementation of complex housing programs including new multi-family rental developments, reconstruction, and/or rehabilitation of multi-family rental housing or similar projects.
