DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
|

|
|
- Set up and operate CNC, NC, lathes and semi automatic.
- Study blueprints, layouts, sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operation, and setup requirements.
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Verify completed work with the tolerance limits stated in the specifications.
- Work with minimum supervision.
- Provide on the job training to new employees as needed.
- Follow all safety and health policies and procedures issued by the company.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
|
|
|
|
|
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
REQUIRED SKILLS
|
|
|
|
|
- Ability to read tape measure accurately.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.

|
|
|
|

WORKING CONDITIONS
|
|
|
|
|
|
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds. Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; safety eyeglasses, hearing protectors, steel toed work boots, and gloves

Running a anneal furnace.
Be able to read and write. Able to learn to drive a forklift and also read a tape measure.
