Senior Business Systems Analyst

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solution designs for our Commercial Online Banking platform. This role partners closely with business and technology teams to understand digital user journeys and end-to-end commercial banking workflows, and to drive solutions that integrate front-end banking experiences with backend/core systems via APIs and microservices. The role will require navigating high-level challenges, often involving system integrations, scalability concerns, vendor SaaS customization, and optimizing workflows to meet organizational objectives.
