Medical Data Entry Specialist- Contract

The Medical Data Entry Specialist will have the responsibility of entering accurate patient information into the Registered Patient Management System (RPMS) Electronic Health Record (EHR) from various sources. Accurate entry of patient information allows for thorough data reporting and analysis, resulting in the ability to monitor and track quality measures to provide better patient care, while promoting provider/patient continuity and the ability to optimize reimbursement.
