Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist works within a team of professionals responsible for implementing software solutions for TrueCommerce clients. Acting as the primary contact throughout the software implementation process, this role interfaces with customers, retailers, resellers, third-party IT consultants, and internal resources. Responsibilities include driving project start-up, customer training, testing (EDI & Integration), and go-live. This role ensures that project phases and milestones are properly executed and tracked, and that responsibilities, expectations, and status updates are communicated to the clients.
