
Homeowners Sales Representative (Sales, Customer Service)
Job Description
What You’ll Do: • Oversee new homeowners insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and supplemental (DIC or wrap-around) coverage to ensure complete client protection. • Secure competitive quotes, negotiate with multiple carriers – including expertise with any state available programs (i.e., California Fair Plan) – and maintain full compliance and documentation standards. • Build and sustain a strong network of referral partners (contractors, real estate professionals, public adjusters, etc) to drive consistent new business growth. • Guide clients through policy details – terms, coverages, exclusions, and premiums – ensuring their understanding and confidence. • Meet and exceed sales and retention goals while tracking key performance metrics and providing regular reporting.
