Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and drive effective channel scorecard, programs, touchpoint sustainability initiatives, and partner income models to steer the channel towards achieving company Postpaid & Fiber performance targets.
- Monitor, review, analyse, and design channel frameworks, scorecards, sustainability models, and partner income structures that keep the salesforce motivated, competitive, and aligned with industry standards.
- Analyse channel performance trends and recommend strategic improvements to enhance sales productivity, touchpoint sustainability and overall channel effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders, including Product, Service Development, and Operations teams, to support model transitions, service improvements, and harmonization of channel strategies.
- Review SOPs, operational frameworks, and existing ways of working to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Continuously enhance channel platforms and personalize solutions to support sales objectives, improve partner engagement, strengthen sustainable business growth, and drive better customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring effective execution across channel operations and partner ecosystem management.
