Job Description

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking an Inventory Lead to join our team of professionals in support of the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) Warehouse Support Services (WSS) Program.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  • Lead and oversee the inventory of all materials contained within all NMRLC warehouses. 
  • Ensure all inventory personnel complete 100% annual inventory requirements in accordance with DoD, U.S. Navy, NMRLC, and PWS requirements. 
  • Oversee physical inventories, location surveys, stock counts, reconciliation of findings, and causative research for discrepancies. 
  • Perform and oversee inventory documentation utilizing DMLSS, HIMS, and other Government databases of record. 
  • Analyze, evaluate, and revise command inventory records and stock levels as directed. 
  • Support receiving, shipping, storing (stowing), picking, disposal, packing, kitting, stuffing, unpacking, and downloading of general and specialized materials and equipment. 
  • Support re-warehousing of material in accordance with Government stow plans. 
  • Manage tool kits and kit assemblies to maintain them in a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition. 
  • Manage kit reconfiguration, component replacement, tamper seal verification, re-inventory, relabeling, and repackaging actions. 
  • Support TOA Viewer comparisons and kit modernization/upgrade requirements. 
  • Coordinate procurement of missing kit components and replacement parts using approved CMR funds.
  • Manage bench stock, consumables, repair parts, tool kit replacement parts, and maintenance/calibration send-out services for Biomed and CEE departments. 
  • Maintain bench stock at or above Government-established reorder levels. 
  • Support material handling operations utilizing MHE and Government-directed equipment. 
  • Operate material handling equipment and non-tactical vehicles as required.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Experience in inventory operations, including execution of inventory counts, reconciliation of findings, investigation and audit methods for inventory programs, material pre-adjustment, and causative research methods. 
  • Knowledge of warehouse storage management plans and accepted warehousing methods. 
  • Knowledge of inventory functions, warehouse operations, program requirements, and work methods. 
  • Knowledge of warehousing procedures, material receiving, storage, and inventory control processes. 
  • Experience utilizing DMLSS, HIMS, warehouse management systems, or other military inventory databases

Additional Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license to drive up to a 1.5-ton stake bed truck and 4–6K forklifts for the delivery of medical equipment, supplies, and furniture. 
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE). 
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. 
  • Strong documentation and audit support experience.

Clearance

  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation (minimumT-1/NACI)
