Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsible for identifying great talent and helping them envision their professional future with Metropolitan Family Services. The Recruiter will build targeted sourcing plans, coordinate recruitment efforts, participate in local career fairs to recruit key talent for critical openings for the agency to meet the agencies operational needs. Duties include coordinating all aspects of recruiting through preparation of and extending of verbal offer to candidates, developing relationships with colleges and universities to improve recruiting effectiveness, performing special projects, preparing, and submitting reports and administrative support for multiple HR recruitment, onboarding and/or retention initiatives.
