Be well versed with all existing rules, regulations and work procedures governing the department and be aware of company policies as well as keeping abreast of the latest developments in the casino industry.
Facilitate SMC / Sports and any casino related programs.
Assist in handling all reported matters and / or resolve complaints pertaining to SMC activities and other related issues with tack, courtesy and in an unbiased manner.
