Job Description
The Project Analyst will support Army Environmental Command (AEC) by evaluating existing environmental service contracts and identifying opportunities to transition those contracts into Intergovernmental Support Agreements (IGSAs). This role combines environmental program knowledge with contract analysis, stakeholder coordination, and partnership research. The analyst will work closely with AEC staff, legal and contracting stakeholders, and potential local partners to assess feasibility, develop recommendations, and support the formation of IGSA partnerships that enhance mission efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
