Housekeeper II (East Madison)

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for the general housekeeping duties in scheduled assigned areas. Responsible for helping maintain overall cleanliness of all assigned areas. Duties to include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and trash removal. Ability to operate all machinery: Host machine, auto scrubber, stripper, upholstery machine, wide-area vacuum, etc. Responsible for cleaning of carpets and upholstery to help maintain them in good condition, to include daily cleaning and caring for all floor-care machinery. Responsible to strip, wax, buff and wet mop all hard floors as needed to keep up attractive appearances. Responsible for sanitizing common areas, public and private bathrooms, and the overall cleaning of resident living quarters.
