Start your dealership career with Go Auto Sherwood Park. No dealership experience required — we will train the right person. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Go Auto Sherwood Park is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Internal Advisor to join our team.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, positive, and comfortable working with people. You will help keep communication moving between sales, service, technicians, and customers.
What You’ll Do
- Support internal repair orders and service coordination
- Communicate with sales, service, technicians, and customers
- Keep everyone updated on vehicle status and timelines
- Enter and update information in dealership systems
- Help answer questions and solve problems
- Stay organized while handling multiple requests
- Provide friendly, reliable, and professional service
What We’re Looking For
- Energetic, positive, and ready to learn
- Strong with customer service
- Clear and professional when communicating
- Organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable using computers
- Calm in a busy environment
- A team player who is happy to help
- Able to provide a valid driver’s license
- Experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, call centres, or customer service is an asset, but not required.
