Line Maintenance Lead Technician (CVG)

Position Summary

This role supports the supervisor by providing technical guidance, overseeing maintenance activities, and promoting a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. The position performs hands-on aircraft maintenance while helping manage workflow, troubleshoot issues, and maintain communication with internal teams and customers. This role is safety-sensitive as defined under DOT CFR 49 Part 40 and FAR 121.
