Job Description
The Production Supervisor is expected to lead, motivate, and oversee assigned department (s) in shop and/or field service operations. The Production Supervisor ensures the team meets safety requirements, directing work efforts, job deadline dates and ensuring the team produces a consistent, quality product. The position will provide technical guidance regarding the installation, maintenance, testing, building, and repair of power equipment.
