Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and reliability of Adak Island Inn facilities, equipment, and housing units. In addition to performing hands on maintenance and mechanical work, this position provides on island leadership for maintenance activities, plans and prioritizes work, and coordinates projects to support hotel operations in a remote Aleutian environment.
This role leads daily maintenance execution, preventive maintenance planning, and small to medium repair and remodel projects while working closely with the Hotel Manager and Aleut Ventures leadership.
