Job Description

PartTime Marketing & Social Media Coordinator (Lasorda Way App + Kids First) 

Department: The Lasorda Way – Steel Sports Coaching System 
Duration: 14week position  
Time Commitment: 6–8 hours/week  
Compensation: $20/hour (approx. $120–$160/week 

Role Purpose Drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of The Lasorda Way App, while supporting promotion/registration for Kids First Camps and Kids First Festivals, plus internal employee engagement tied to the Coaching Sponsorship Program.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Turn approved messaging into weekly social + internal content; spotlight app sections and run simple monthly themes.  
  • Execute Kids First Camps/Festivals promotion: posts, captions, story frames, promo kits, and coordination with event owners.  
  • Support employee engagement: sponsorship program promos, short spotlights, and basic monthly engagement tracking.  

Deliverables 

  • Monthly lightweight content calendar + monthly internal engagement recap.  
  • Eventspecific social posts aligned to the Kids First SOP.
