Promotions And Fan Engagement Associate (Part Time, Limited Term)

The Promotions and Fan Engagement Associate is an integral part of the Promotions & Marketing department. The individuals to fill this role will be exposed to and responsible for a variety of gameday initiatives. These initiatives will include, but not be limited to, the Jr. Nationals Kids Club, promotional giveaways, Fan Appreciation and numerous theme nights & special ticket events through the course of the season. This associate position will be heavily relied upon to interact with fans daily and trusted to communicate with fans in a friendly but professional manner.

The Associate will need to be available to work in person in Washington, DC from approximately March – October 2026.
