Aerospace Account Specialist

The Aerospace Account Specialist acts as the primary liaison between our company and our aerospace/defense customers. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer orders, from quote to delivery. The ideal candidate ensures high customer satisfaction through timely communication, accurate forecasting, order tracking, and proactive problem-solving. The role ensures high quality support through meticulous organization and proactive follow-through on customer inquiries.
