Overview

The Client Relationship Specialist is a junior role designed as a development path into Account Management. The position provides operational and relationship support to existing clients while assisting the AM team in maintaining strong engagement, service continuity, and overall client experience. This role plays an important part in supporting day-to-day client interactions, coordinating internal execution, and helping ensure consistent follow-through across accounts.

 

This is a hybrid role located in our Sao Paulo office.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing client requests and operational needs across assigned accounts.
  • Assist with reporting, coordination, and follow-ups to ensure timely client delivery.
  • Maintain consistent client communication and engagement cadence.
  • Support the Account Management team in identifying and executing expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Coordinate internally with delivery, operations, and support teams to ensure execution.
  • Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and account stability.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, customer success, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Native Portuguese and strong English and Spanish communication skills.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Law, Human Resources preferred).
  • Languages: Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Experience: minimum of 2 years in a similar role required
  • Tech Skills: Experience with CRMs (Salesforce).
