We are seeking a high‑impact HR Business Partner who is not only a strategic thought partner but also exceptionally strong with numbers, analytics, and business insights. This individual will play a critical role in shaping people strategy in India, driving organizational transformation, and enabling business performance across global teams.
The ideal candidate is business‑savvy, highly analytical, action‑oriented, comfortable making decisions, and skilled at navigating complex stakeholder relationships while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a global matrix environment.
- Hands‑on experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to use analytics, dashboards, and data tools to diagnose challenges and influence decisions.
- Strong understanding of global HR practices, local compliance, and evolving workforce trends.
Measures of Success
- Improvement in business performance indicators tied to HR interventions.
- Strong leadership advocacy and trust reflected through feedback and collaboration outcomes.
- Increased employee sentiment, stronger inclusion markers, and reduced regrettable attrition.

Qualifications and Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a global or matrixed HRBP role.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; ability to interpret and act on data.
- Proven capability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience in organizational design, talent management, and leading change.
- Excellent communication skills, including data‑backed storytelling.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
- High degree of ownership, decision‑making ability, and action orientation.
