Residential Supervisor - Senior

Providing overall operational leadership for the assigned residential environment(s) and staff in order to ensure excellent care through the provision of a cohesive team of trained staff who provide individualized care and rehabilitation supports, and who maintain a clean and organized homelike environment in a program that meets or exceeds all regulatory and funding requirements, as well as budgetary expectations. Serves as the Hope Network designated Licensee Representative/Administrator for multiple locations/+18 beds, or as the sole licensee representative for an operational region.
